Hey Jonny, Those numbers are impressive except for the fact they came against my alma mater's junior varsity team. What? No JV team? Wow, Kent football is really bad!

AGREED on the GI JOES front... It's like the closer it gets, the LESS i care. I saw another extended preview (watching FX they had Sienna Miller and someone else (some dude next to Sienna Miller, clearly I didn't even see his face or hear his voice)) and they had a little scene from the movie-- Am I the only one who think those enhancement suits are a load of S*&%? I wanted to see a bunch of badass vehicles that I used to mow lawns for and save up for WEEKS to buy! Just makes me mad.

The Hangover anyone? Seen it? I want to so badly, but can't find the time. Funny People? I can't decide if it will be a riot, or a crap-fest. eh...

GREAT call with the "we love lost" comment. I can't wait to see this movie in a couple days, despite what arrogant critics think-like I could give a F--k about what some guy whose job is to pick apart movies says. I don't expect to see award-winning acting or writing when I go see a summer action movie....I want explosions, lame punch lines, special effects that make me yell "oh sh_t", and the occasional hottie thrown in.

Although the GI Joe movie is starting to look pretty lame....

Ian-your secret is safe with me on the wife front...

However, I think your right. We should be celebrating an extremely well done version of an old classic. Not bashing it. I'd almost love to ask the critics what they really want to see? How attached can you get to robots emotionally. Great analogy with the "We love Lost" idea.

Keep those posts coming...

Dude.... It was good, I think people are starting to look for too much out of movies... They want a plotline that's tangled and hard to follow... let's call them the "We Love LOST" generation. It just seems like people don't want to watch things blow up anymore! It's call "RAMBO" and people should look it up.. Terrible plot, YES. Awesome movie, YES. Make $247 GaGillion dollars, yes. Love it, Yes.

This is just another in a long line of action movies with crappy plots... They are Robots from Cybertron! How deep can you get? Robots waxing robots is all I want to see! High Five Michael Bay, I feel like it's Christmas, because that is just what I wanted.

p.s. megan fox is my new wife, but don't tell my real wife..

DC-Great post and as always great thoughts. I'm not totally sold on Maybin, but we'll see soon I guess.

Harvin is no doubt talented, he definately won't fit with Cleveland's offensive thoughts.

Love the ManKok nickname...If they don't win this year, I'll be making that their official name.

Ahh the NFL draft-my favorite spring sporting "event"...I will probably end up sleeping through most of it after my painfest on Saturday, but I will be draining the power on my sirius radio for sure that weekend. Without me going on too large of a tangent, I'll offer a couple of things on the guys you brought up....
(I will be posting my final mock draft sometime thursday or friday-at least one round, I'll try to squeeze out a second)

Stafford-I went to the CapOne Bowl where he stunk up the first half, and Moreno was flat0out blowing up LBs on pass blocking. He came out the second half and was lights-out, and really showed me that he can either self correct or take/absorb coaching. Either one works for me. I would rather Detroit go with one of the stud OTs, but the best scenario for them is to go QB with #1, OT with #20 (Oher or Britton), and get the guy everyone thought was a 1st rounder with #33 (maybe a USC LB?) If they went OT at #1, there's no guarantee Jamarcus Russell er Josh Freeman would be there @#20.

The Browns-just check out my blog for this one, I don't know if your text box has a limit....

Sanchez-this guy will be drafted @#4, either by Seattle or someone who makes them an offer. The talk about Denver trading up with KC is foolish, because they are division rivals. His dad is a Fire Fighter, so I have no problems with him;)

Harvin-I will shoot someone if the Browns take this guy with one of our second round picks. I've seen plenty of UF games, and I know he can ball....I just don't think he's part of the type of player ManKok wants to bring in.

LBs-Maybin could pass Orakpo in the draft, and be the 2nd LB taken. This kid is going to put on another 30# or so without even trying. As for Curry, I hope KC passes on him, and he falls to Cleveland at #5.

Crabtree-reminds me more of Kevin Johnson than Andre Johnson. Andre is 6'3", and an imposing figure, Crabtree is 6'1/2" in heels. There is something (scratches head) about drafting a WR with an early pick that you don't know what his 40 time is. He was a bada## at Texas Tech, but I'm not sure if he is worth the #5. Jacksonville is all over him though...
